    Storage method
1. Isolation and storage: in the same room or in the same area, different materials are separated by a certain distance, and the non-contrained materials are used to maintain the space storage mode.
2. Separate storage: A storage method in which the partition or wall is separated from the contraindication material in the same building or in the same area.
3. Separate storage: storage in different buildings or in remote areas away from all buildings.
Basic requirements for storage
1. Storage of chemical dangerous goods must comply with national laws, regulations and other relevant regulations.
2. Chemical dangerous goods must be stored in a special chemical dangerous goods warehouse approved by the public security department. The chemical department shall store the chemical dangerous goods and store the quantity in the warehouse. Chemical dangerous goods storage warehouses shall not be arbitrarily set up without approval.
3. Chemical dangerous goods should be stacked in the open air and should meet the safety requirements of fire prevention and explosion protection. Explosive articles, first-class flammable materials, wet burning articles and highly toxic substances should not be stacked in the open air.
4. Warehouses storing chemical dangerous goods must be equipped with technical personnel with professional knowledge. The warehouses and places should be managed by special personnel, and the management personnel must be equipped with reliable personal safety protection products.
5. According to the performance of dangerous goods, partition, classification, storage and storage. All kinds of dangerous goods should not be mixed and stored with contraindications.
6. Smoking and use of open flames are strictly prohibited in buildings and areas where chemical dangerous goods are stored.
Storage location requirements
Buildings storing chemical dangerous goods shall not have basements or other underground buildings. Their fire resistance rating, number of floors, floor space, safe evacuation and fire separation shall comply with relevant state regulations.
The storage location and the structure of the building shall, in addition to complying with the relevant provisions of the State, also consider the impact on the surrounding environment and residents.
Electrical installation in storage areas
(1) Chemical dangerous goods storage buildings and places fire-fighting electrical equipment should be able to fully meet the needs of fire-fighting electricity; and comply with the relevant provisions of Section 1 of Chapter 10 of GBJ16.
(2) The transmission and distribution lines, lamps, fire accident lighting and evacuation indication signs in chemical dangerous goods storage areas or buildings shall meet the safety requirements.
(3) Lightning protection equipment must be installed for buildings that store flammable or explosive chemical dangerous goods.
Storage location ventilation or temperature regulation
(1) Buildings storing chemical dangerous goods must be equipped with ventilation equipment and pay attention to the protective measures of the equipment.
(2) The building ventilation system for storing chemical dangerous goods shall be provided with a grounding device for removing static electricity.
(3) Ventilation pipes shall be made of non-combustible materials.
(4) Ventilation ducts should not pass through fire barriers such as firewalls. If they must pass through, they should be separated by non-combustible materials.
(5) Storage of chemical dangerous goods The temperature of the heating medium for building heating should not be too high, and the heating of hot water should not exceed 80 °C. Steam heating and mechanical heating should not be used.
(6) Insulation materials for heating pipes and equipment must be made of non-combustible materials.
Storage arrangement and storage limit
1. Storage arrangements for chemical dangerous goods depend on the classification, sub-item, type of container, storage method and fire protection requirements of chemical dangerous goods.
2. The storage and storage arrangements are shown in Table 1.

3. In case of fire, heat, or moisture, it may cause burning, explosion or chemical reaction. Chemical dangerous goods that produce toxic gases shall not be stored in the open air or in damp or waterlogged buildings.
4. Chemical dangerous goods that are exposed to sunlight and can cause combustion, explosion, decomposition, chemical reaction or toxic gases to be produced in a primary building. The packaging should be protected from light.
5. Explosives are not allowed to be stored with other types of items. They must be isolated and stored separately. The warehouse is not allowed to be built in towns. It should also maintain a certain safe distance from surrounding buildings, traffic trunks and transmission lines.
6. Compressed gas and liquefied gas must be stored separately from explosives, oxidants, flammable materials, pyrophoric materials, and corrosive materials. The flammable gas shall not be stored together with the combustion-supporting gas or the highly toxic gas; the oxygen shall not be mixed with the oil. The container containing the liquefied gas is a pressure vessel. It must have a pressure gauge, a safety valve, an emergency shut-off device, and be inspected regularly. .
7. Flammable liquid, wet combustible materials, flammable solids should not be mixed with oxidant, and the reducing oxidant should be stored separately.
8. Toxic items should be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry place, do not store in the open air, do not approach acid substances.
9. Corrosive articles, packaging must be tight, no leakage is allowed, and it is strictly prohibited to coexist with liquefied gases and other articles.
Maintenance of chemical dangerous goods
1. When chemical dangerous goods are put into storage, the quality, quantity, packaging and leakage of the articles should be strictly checked.
2. After the chemical dangerous goods are put into storage, appropriate maintenance measures should be taken. During the storage period, regular inspections will be carried out, and their quality changes, packaging damage, leakage, shortage of stabilizers, etc., should be dealt with in a timely manner.
3. The temperature and humidity of the warehouse should be strictly controlled and checked frequently, and the changes should be adjusted in time.
Chemical dangerous goods storage management
1. A warehouse for storing chemical dangerous goods must establish a strict management system for inbound and outbound storage. 2. Before entering or leaving the warehouse, chemical dangerous goods shall be inspected, accepted, registered and accepted according to the contract:
a. Quantity
b. package;
c. Danger sign. After checking, you can enter the warehouse and leave the warehouse. When the nature of the item is not clear, you can not enter the warehouse.
3. Personnel, motor vehicles and work vehicles entering the chemical dangerous goods storage area must take fire prevention measures.
4. When handling and handling chemical dangerous goods, it should be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations, so that it can be lightly loaded and unloaded. It is strictly forbidden to fall, bump, bump, hit, drag, dump and roll.
5. When loading and unloading items that are toxic and corrosive to human beings, the operator should wear appropriate protective equipment according to the danger.
6. Do not use the same vehicle to transport materials that are contraindicated.
7. When repairing, changing, cleaning, loading and unloading flammable or explosive materials, use copper, alloy or other tools that do not produce sparks.
Fire-fighting measures
1. According to the characteristics of dangerous goods and warehouse conditions, the corresponding fire-fighting equipment, facilities and fire-fighting agents must be configured. It is equipped with trained part-time and full-time firefighters.
2. Storage of chemical dangerous goods Buildings should be equipped with automatic monitoring and fire alarm systems in accordance with warehouse conditions.
3. In the building where chemical dangerous goods are stored, fire-fighting sprinkler system (except for fire-fighting chemical dangerous goods, fires that cannot be saved by water) shall be installed in the building where the conditions permit. The spray intensity and water supply time are as follows: Spray intensity 15 L / (min · m2); duration 90 min.
